If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of receipt in saleable condition for a refund or exchange.

Returns are chargeable, we do not offer a free return service.

In the event that you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.

All returns should be in ‘as NEW’ condition, both UNWASHED and UNWORN. When returning an items to us, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected.

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.


If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please send the item along with a covering letter to the address on the enclosed RETURNS label.

Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product.

Faulty Goods

We are committed to product excellence although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur.

If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.

If our garments are tumble dried, this does not count as faulty. Under no circumstances should any of our products be tumble dried.
